We pride ourselves on being able to offer our team high quality, hands-on training experiences that they are able to transfer to daily tasks. The instruction on best practices from our safety department allows our field employees to have confidence that their skills are adequate and have peace of mind they are working in the safest environment possible. Their personal protective equipment is well maintained and easily replaced when required. Our heavy equipment is also well maintained. It is CPI’s top priority that our linemen are able to perform safely and effectively each day.

CPI offers a lineman apprenticeship program through Northwest Lineman College. This allows employees to move towards their Journeyman certification by gaining on-the-job experience as well as book-based knowledge. For military veterans, CPI works with the Department of Veteran Affairs to assist you in using your GI Bill benefits as you work and gain experience.
